How We Work With You
When MFM signs a contract with a new client, we immediately begin preparing a custom transition plan designed specifically for the partner practice and its unique needs and way of doing business.
MFM gathers data, including contract rates, in order to conduct an extensive fee analysis and track reimbursement percentages. We also make sure that all required paperwork is submitted to meet government and insurance company requirements.
In addition, MFM resolves any lingering IT issues the client may have that could hinder our progress in improving practice billing. And we offer an integrated scheduling package that allows client organizations full access to patient accounts at any time.
MFM also works with the partner practice to establish a suitable schedule of monthly (or more frequent) reports, giving the company an early sense of what reports will need to be produced and on what schedule. (Of course, this schedule, even once established, can be modified at the client’s request.)
As a matter of course, MFM provides regular updates on the status of the transition. During this process, any issues that may arise are handled quickly and professionally, with open and frequent communication. Once the solution set is up and running, MFM is pleased to meet as often (or as infrequently) as the client firm desires.
